1 – Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at thess-ic.gr (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. Thess IC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Site is operated by Thess IC, a fabless semiconductor IP company registered in Greece. The Site is an informational and contact platform providing information about Thess IC's services, technology, and career opportunities. It does not offer products for sale, user accounts, or downloadable content.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. The Thess IC name and logo are trademarks of Thess IC. Nothing on the Site grants any licence or right to use any trademark without our prior written consent.

When you submit information via the contact or careers forms on the Site, you confirm that: • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading • You are the author of any content you submit (including cover letters and CV documents), or you have the necessary rights to submit it • Your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws We reserve the right to disregard or delete any submission that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
6 – Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
